BEAUTY REVIVED NOMINATION FORM

I am currently looking for nomination for beautiful high school seniors for the 50 Beautiful Seniors campaign in Sacramento, California and surrounding areas. If you know of a high school senior girl in the Sacramento area who has made a difference in the community by inspiring those around her, radiating beauty from the inside out, a senior who has shown a giving spirit and love to all those around her, then please nominate her in the link below.

Seniors can include and not limited to the following: Private, public and homeschooled students.

Your nominee will have a photography session donated by me, Lacey M. Carroll Photography, :) Professional hair and make up will also be donated. Clothing will be donated by the #LMCStyleCloset! She will be featured on the Beauty Revived Blog and website, she will also be a published in the Beauty Revived Magazine, 50 Beautiful High School Seniors.
